Originally built in 1959, the Bear Mountain Ski Hill is only 5 minutes from town.

The hill is family oriented and run by a volunteer Board of Directors whose sole purpose is to serve the local community.

Bear Mountain has a T-bar accessing 500 vertical feet with 10 runs, 3 main runs lit for night skiing and a new terrain park.

With a mountain at your doorstep, it's easy to enjoy winter activities.

Shoosh down runs at the Dawson Creek Ski Hill, glide through the forest at the Nordic Ski Trails, or, explore trails on the property via snowshoes.

Cap your day bubbling,steaming or soaking, before enjoying a relaxing fondue supper in front of the fire.

Fall into ultra comfortable pillowtop or feather beds and drift off to sleep under a fluffy down duvet. Wake to the delicious aroma of breakfast being specially prepared for you when you decide to rise next morning. Linger over your favorite morning beverage while you contemplate the new day's chosen activites.

Enjoy the great outdoors then repeat apres ski remedies as prescribed before another great dinner.However you want to arrange your sporting schedule, we'll look after the details and make sure there's a warm welcome when you get back to the Inn.
