Both the Granaries and Inn are perfect for small meetings and private functions. Natural lighting, AV equipment and food service facilities allow for any presentation, meeting or gathering to go professionally and smoothly.
The the round granary pavillion measures 17ft in diameter and is suitable for 6-8 people with one central table.
The great room at the Inn measures 465 sq ft total(15x19, 15x12) & can comfortably accommodate up to: 
25 delegates theatre style
8-10 board room style
16 for a hollow square
10 for a U configuration
22 classroom style
20 for banquets with 5' round tables
27 for bistro stlye reception,

60 indoors(Inn)
500 outdoors (Gardens)
200 seated outdoors (estate lawn)
300 seated outdoors (festival lawn)
variable seating if renting tents for outdoor functions/celebrations.
"The Granaries on Bear Mountain "is open May through September. The Inn at the Granaries stay open year-round.
